We support payments via debit, credit or prepaid card through Stripe’s Payment Platform.
機関投資家向けの資金を使用してAll Accessパックを購入できますか?
もちろんです！All Access の購入時は大学・所属機関からのお支払いも可能です。オンライン支払いは、安全なStripeのペイメントプラットフォームを介して、デビットカード、クレジットカード、またはプリペイドカードによるお支払いが可能です。また、日本国内のお客様は、日本円での請求と日本語の請求書（見積書・納品書・請求書一式）を提供しています。この請求書で、所属機関へ経費申請することもできます。また、後払いにも対応しています。
なお、所属機関によっては、独自の規則がある場合がありますので、必要に応じて購入前ご確認ください。
助成金を使って学年末までAll Accessを利用することはできますか？
助成金を使って、All Accessを購入することは可能です。ご利用時期に応じて、月次、四半期、または年間プランからご選択いただけます。
サブスクリプションの期間満了後は、自動更新されますか？
You can choose to cancel your subscription at any point of time, if you wish to do so.
If cancellation is done within 30 days of purchase for annual subscription, and 7 days of purchase for monthly, quarterly or semi-annual subscription, you will be eligible for a refund. After the mentioned period, no refunds will be provided. Your subscription will continue until its expiry.
