Scrawling journal databases to find the right journal for your research is one of the most important tasks toward submission in a researcher’s checklist. And this can be a daunting process – with uncertainties about your work being suitable for your preferred journal and estimating the potential impact it can create for your research. Researcher.Life recognizes this challenge, which is why we have created the Global Journal Database, which generates journal reports that explain why the journals we recommend for you are best-suited to your research.
This free online journal database offers four modes of journal search and presents researchers with a journal report covering multiple points of information about each journal. Each journal report consists of three parts:
- Evaluation for the degree of match between the research and the recommended journal. It helps to understand how similar your research content is to papers the journal has published in the past.
- List of topics that are common between the previously published papers in the journal and your research.
- Papers the journal has published in the past, which discuss topics similar to your research.

2. If you do not have a preferred journal for your research yet but wish to search for one using our AI tools:
- Visit Global Journal Database and search using either a manuscript, if ready; or an abstract/summary of your research explaining it to the best possible extent.
- Once you have uploaded your research text onto the journal database and followed the process, you will be shown a search result screen as shown below. Each recommended journal will be accompanied by a journal report.
- You can click on the View journal report button to see the full journal report for each recommendation.
- If you are signed in, you can choose to save the journal report for relevant or interesting journals you wish to consider for current or upcoming research manuscripts and view it later at https://researcher.life/journal/saved-history
