For customers purchasing a subscription from our Japan store, we provide billing in Japanese Yen and offer a Japanese tax invoice (見積書・納品書・請求書一式) upon successful payment. This invoice can be used to request reimbursement from your institution.
Renewing your Editage Plus subscription
Your subscription will automatically renew upon expiration unless you choose to cancel it. Editage Plus subscribers are billed annually, with the card details you provide securely stored on Stripe. Your chosen payment method will be charged at the start of each new billing cycle.
If you ever wish to cancel your Editage Plus subscription, simply go to the ‘Membership & Billing’ page. If you cancel your annual subscription within 30 days of purchase, you’ll be eligible for a refund.
