Ambassador of the Month:\u00a0Yuji Higashide<\/strong><\/p>\n

Yuji Higashide\u00a0is<\/span><\/i>\u00a0a R<\/span><\/i>esearcher, Lecturer,\u00a0and Trainer currently working with the Medical Innovation and Nursing Diversification: Research, Education and Training Alliance in Tokyo. He has a\u00a0Master\u2019s\u00a0in Medical Administration and a Doctorate in Public Health Research Development from\u00a0Tokyo Medical and Dental University.\u00a0He is a\u00a0part of CACTUS\u2019s\u00a0global\u00a0pool of trainers.\u00a0<\/span><\/i>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Could you tell us a little about your research?<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

My current research is to clarify the ambiguity of the definition of nursing management by Text\u00a0Mining\u00a0using AI. The other is to improve the efficiency of management that integrates medical care and dentistry at regional medical institutions.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

How did you get interested in this field?<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Human illnesses do not occur independently in the medical and dental fields, but both may be related. However, since the medical and dentistry\u00a0departments have established\u00a0medical treatment\u00a0systems\u00a0independently, they tend to be left unrelated. Therefore, we are examining what kind of medical care system can contribute to improving the health of local residents and the profitability of medical institutions.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

What are you currently working on now?<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Improving management efficiency at regional medical institutions<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Why did you decide to become a\u00a0Researcher.Life\u00a0Ambassador?<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Not only is research in graduate school very lonely, but it is also difficult to receive support from those around us. I would like to pass on a better research environment to the younger generation by sharing my hardships as much as possible.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

What is the best part about working in research?<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The results of my research make it clear that I wonder why this is happening. And, as a result, we can make some contribution to society.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

And the most challenging part about working in research?<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

It is very difficult to focus on research in the area of \u200b\u200bmy interest. More than that, the ability to develop an accurate research plan will determine whether the research will succeed before it begins. In that sense, I feel that the research plan is the most difficult for me.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

What is the one thing you want people to know about\u00a0Researcher.Life?<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Research is not done alone. Through\u00a0Researcher.Life, you can share your worries with researchers who have the same worries as you and grow with each other.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
