For an organization to stay successful, it needs to keep growing. A big part of that growth comes from innovation, which leads to the introduction of new products and services. But here’s the challenge: not every company can come up with these new ideas all on their own. On the other side, you’ve got academia. They’re experts at research and solving real-world problems through innovation, but they often lack the resources to do it all. An excellent example of this partnership is how quickly the world got the COVID-19 vaccine.
